We are first time home buyers so this was a huge learning curve for us and Fred is an encyclopedia of knowledge that really helped us to narrow down what we really wanted/needed and find a quality home in our budget, location, school district and fit all of our needs plus more! Fred was honest, down to earth and made our house search fun and easy-going in this stressful, fast-paced market. He looked out for our best interest from beginning to end, especially when we walked through the homes, he pointed out possible expensive repairs or issues with homes that we weren’t even aware of and we learned a lot!
